We are excited to announce the launch of the Sheridan Worldwide Brilliance Team Development Toolkit!

It is great to have had the fantastic opportunity to upskill the Experian HR/L&D teams, empowering them to deliver internal team coaching solutions as needed. Together, we explored the immense potential of utilising team coaching to foster leader and team development across the entire business.

This comprehensive toolkit, crafted by Sheridan Worldwide, delves into crucial topics like team formation, integrating new leaders, cultivating trust, defining team purpose, and establishing effective team rhythms for enhanced performance and resilient navigation through change.

The workshop was a dynamic and interactive experience, equipping the HR and L&D teams with practical sessions they can seamlessly facilitate within their own teams. These sessions cover a spectrum of aspects including diagnosing team development needs, aligning on core values, fostering deeper connections through personal histories, paying attention to individual resilience, and integrating feedback mechanisms into team dynamics to realise high performance.

Exciting times ahead as we embark on this journey of empowering teams and leaders for success!
