Performance & executive coaching
Unlock your potential and meet your objectives with executive coaching
What We Do
Our executive coaching service challenges your executive leaders to be at their absolute best.
Given the pressures on the modern leader, businesses need to give their people the time to think about their development and the space to make good decisions for their own benefit and that of the organisation. Most people who have engaged in coaching with a professional coach find that it positively impacts their lives both inside and outside of work.
Coaching is a conversation where a coach helps us to find our own answers and to develop ourselves by asking questions, encouraging reflection and sharing observations to result in action and change. It is about changes in the way we think and act that help us become better, more effective and more useful versions of ourselves. Your focus might be new skills, an enhanced reputation, greater efficiency or a renewed sense of purpose, contribution and confidence. Our coaches work with you to clarify your personal and professional objectives and build a plan to achieve your goals.
The calibre of coaches and the level of confidence and professionalism are stand-out. Sheridan are responsive and flexible. We always feel listened to. The ability to tailor is critical and that is always the experience when we work with you.
