The sunniest day of the year was an excellent backdrop to celebrate the work of the UN faculty led by Elva Ainsworth of Talent Innovations, with whom we have had a strategic partnership for many years. For those who don’t know, Elva and her team focus on 360 feedback reports and work globally in the field of humanitarian aid, supporting the growth of those often on the front lines of difficult global issues and developmental projects.
It was lovely to spend time with Elva’s team and reflect on the successes of the partnership in an informal setting. Our London based coaches made their way to the ‘impossibly trendy’ Venue at Kings Cross, notable for its underground swimming pool themed canteen and free flowing sweet supply. A delicious lunch provided time to get to know one another and share experiences, before we welcomed the global cohort virtually from as far afield as Singapore and Lebanon. We then settled in to a creative workshop where professional artist Katie Gillies took us through the process of making terracotta coasters – perfect for our coaches to use in future coaching sessions!
We were so grateful to Elva for the chance to strengthen friendships between our teams and reflect on the impact we’ve made together. A big thank you also to everyone who joined us, both in person and virtually, for their dedication to this partnership and making the afternoon such a treat.
