Caroline Sheridan was a selected speaker at CMC Conference for the panel “Examining Barriers to Workplace Mediation”.

The expert panel, chaired by Dionne Dury and which also saw the intervention of Camilla Palmer (hon) KC and Dinu Suntook, was an opportunity to look at the impact of the new Government’s planned changes to employment law.

They also considered challenges posed by the grievance process and, by looking at case studies, they discussed how we can best encourage mediation for those who are experiencing workplace conflict.
