Caroline Sheridan

CEO & Founder

As founder and CEO at Sheridan Worldwide, I lead a global faculty of coaches and facilitators to help people and organisations realise their brilliance. We are experts in organisational and people change. We have people based right across the globe working with both the private and public sector delivering a wide range of initiatives: executive coaching and coaching on demand, conflict resolution services, inclusion and wellbeing and other leadership strategies including team development. All are programmes are outcome-focused, aligning both individual and organisational objectives with measures of success key.

I am personally listed in various directories for my work as a workplace and employment mediator and rated annually Chambers UK, Legal 500. A fellow of the Civil Mediation Council, I chair its workplace and employment group and was previously a board member. I value my relationship with the CEDR where I trained and work as a workplace mediator.I am also myself an executive coach and supervisor to both coaches and mediator and I sit on various boards and am a Court member for the Company of Human Resource Professionals, a charity focused on giving back to our profession.
